About Darren Starwynn
I didn’t come to this work from an easy or linear path. From a young age, I sensed a deep connection to something larger, and at the same time felt out of place in the world. I grew up carrying the weight of not fully belonging, or of not living the potential others seemed to see in me.
That tension pulled me early into healing and spiritual exploration, from traveling to India at nineteen to becoming an acupuncturist, medical device inventor, writer, and educator. On the outside, things looked successful. Yet inside, I knew that knowledge and teaching techniques alone were not creating the coherence or fulfillment I was seeking.
That realization came with real upheaval. There were periods when my health, relationships, confidence, and sense of direction unraveled. Familiar identities had to fall apart before something more essential could take shape. I was led to study with teachers and shamans in many parts of the world, and I moved through many passages of initiation, some of them difficult.
What ultimately changed my life and my work was releasing much of my old identity, and allowing healing to arise from a more effortless, embodied level of awareness. As that stabilized, both my life and my clinical outcomes shifted. People with complex, resistant cases experienced greater relief, and more importantly, their lives began to reorganize from the inside out. My own experience became more embodied, alive, and open-hearted as I began sharing my deeper gifts more fully. This way of working is now the foundation of how I live, practice, and teach.

Frequently Asked Questions
My schedule is already very full. What if I can’t keep up with this program?
The Avatar Master Healer Program is designed for busy, engaged professionals. The core live sessions are scheduled in advance, and participants are encouraged to block those times on their calendar early.
All sessions are recorded and available through the member portal, and most integration and practice work can be done on your own timing. The program is structured to support real lives, not compete with them.
How can I know if I have what it takes to succeed in this program? Do I need special abilities or prior energy healing experience?
This program is designed for experienced practitioners who feel called to work at a deeper level. If you’ve read through this page and felt resonance rather than confusion, that is usually sufficient preparation.
No special psychic abilities are required. What matters most is willingness to engage, practice, and allow your perception to refine over time.
Will I receive any personal attention and support?
Group size is intentionally kept small to allow for frequent personal guidance, live Q&A, and direct experiential work during sessions.
Participants may also schedule one-to-one quantum and shamanic healing sessions with Darren at a reduced rate. Two private sessions are included for those who choose the pay-in-full enrollment option.
Outside of live sessions, participants are encouraged to meet with one another for practice and mutual support. This peer connection often becomes an important part of the learning and integration process.

Yes. You may request a no-cost Discovery Call with instructor Darren Starwynn. Availability is limited, so early requests are recommended. Schedule call.
You mention an optional retreat. How does that work?
In-person Healing Embodiment Retreats are offered periodically and are open to program participants and graduates. A retreat is planned for Fall 2026 in Northern California, and members will have priority access to enrollment.
Participation in retreats is optional and separate from the core program.
A $500 credit toward a retreat is offered with pay in full enrollment.
Is there a meditation requirement for this program?
A regular personal practice is strongly recommended in order to receive the full benefit of the work. You will be guided in embodiment-based meditation practices during the program.
A daily practice of approximately 20-30 minutes a day or more is suggested, which may be divided into shorter sessions if needed.
When do the live sessions take place?
Core module sessions take place on Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Pacific Time. First session is on May 14, 2026.
Weekly Quantum Meditation sessions are 30 minutes long and are held on Thursdays at 8:00 AM Pacific Time.
All sessions are recorded and posted in the member portal shortly after each live meeting.
How much additional time should I plan for outside of live sessions?
Most participants find that 2–3 hours per week, in addition to live sessions, is sufficient for integration and practice and getting the full benefit of the program.
What does “Avatar” mean in the title of this program?
The term Avatar is used here to describe people committed to embodying their true, higher self in life and service. Increasing people show up as Avatars during times of strain and transition, when familiar solutions stop working.
Avatars do not only influence through ideas or persuasion. They serve by cultivating coherence, helping people and systems reorganize from deeper levels rather than force or effort.
Some avatars are highly visible as healers, teachers, or leaders. Many work quietly, behind the scenes. There is no single way this capacity expresses itself.
Periods of challenge or initiation are common in the awakening of this capacity and often deepen clarity, resilience, and the ability to serve.
This language is offered as context, not as an identity assignment.
