Welcome to the Ninth Wave: Everything, Everywhere, All at Once
The Mayans predicted that the culmination of all Creation Waves—the Ninth Wave—would start around the years 2011 to 2012 in our modern calendar system. This is an extraordinary time when all the evolutionary steps of history are present in our experience at the exact same time.
It is a time when the human race moves out of male, ego-centric control systems into a greater acceptance of unity consciousness. The essence of the Ninth Wave is accurately reflected in the title of the Best Picture movie of 2023, “Everything Everywhere All At Once.” It is a time of rapid ascension of consciousness, where the boundaries of time, space, and linear progression seem to blur.
After reading that, you may justifiably wonder: why are patriarchal, top-down control governments now executing hostile takeovers of the United States and many other countries? It seems completely counterintuitive to the concept of unity consciousness, right? Yes, and that is precisely part of the bizarre, paradoxical nature of our time.
The Collective Shadow Purging: Confronting the Ghosts of the Past
As my wise friend Diana Kelly accurately noted, all the unresolved, unforgiven dark shadows of our past are up now. When an ascension of consciousness occurs, the light shines brightest on the darkest corners of the human psyche.
The ghosts of the Spanish Inquisition, the horrors of the witch burnings, the hubris and fall of Atlantis, the U.S. Civil War, the atrocities of slavery and Jim Crow, the tragic genocide of our Native Americans, and the ongoing degradation of our natural environment are all maddeningly back in our face now.
It’s like Ebenezer Scrooge confronting the ghosts of Christmas past, present, and future all at the exact same time. It’s a collective acid trip, and it’s rapidly becoming a bad trip for many segments of our population. We are being forced to look at the ancestral trauma and systemic cruelty that built the modern world, and we can no longer look away.
The Resurgence of Light and Esoteric Wisdom
Yet, what is coming up to the surface is not all negative. As the shadows rise, so does the profound light of human spiritual history. The enlightenment of Buddha, the ascension of Jesus, the deep compassion of Quan Yin, the courage of historical freedom fighters, and the brilliance of creativity throughout history are also fully present in the Ninth Wave.
Any of us can embody those qualities much more easily today than in the past. The veil is thinning. The Global Life Review: We Are All Near Death
People who have gone through near-death experiences (NDEs) and come back to tell us about it often describe a phenomenon known as a “life review.” That’s when rapid-fire memories of your entire life flash in front of you. You get to see the parts you’re deeply grateful for, and those parts you regret because you wish you’d been more loving, more present, or more courageous.
I believe we are all going through a massive, collective life review right now—and you don’t need to be physically dying to be in it. As a society, our past actions, our current choices, and our future potentials are flashing before our eyes. These all appear to be integral parts of the Ninth Wave—everything everywhere all at once!
The Role of Political Extremism in the Ascension of Consciousness
Don’t despair. In the bigger scheme of things, this is all happening as a huge psychic purging. It’s all part of the mass ascension of consciousness now underway on Planet Earth. Nothing can stop this Ascension. We ARE moving into higher levels of consciousness, which ultimately springs from universal love.
How we go through this purging, however, is entirely up to us. As my humorist friend Steve Bhaerman so aptly said, “I can assure you that peace is coming to the Earth. I just hope we humans are around to enjoy it!”
That’s right. As part of our spiritual maturation, we need to actively choose love. We need to find the core of truth and light within ourselves and utterly commit to living it. We need to practice critical thinking in the face of massive disinformation campaigns and speak out from a place of clarity and courage. We need to fulfill the higher aspect of the Ninth Wave by coming together in mass movements of unity and healing for all.
I know that Trump and his minions are playing their part in this transformative time. They are throwing out massive amounts of outrageously dark, misguided actions so we can finally learn who we really are and be able to make a clear, definitive choice. That’s what this specific time in history is about. Trump is giving us a stark choice between the dark, controlling shadows of our patriarchal past and the new, more enlightened Earth that is already coming into manifestation for those who have the eyes to see it. Let’s give credit where credit is due; the darkness is serving as a catalyst for the light.
